1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bdgo platform and its related services ("Services"). "We", "our", or "bdgo" refers to the operating authority of this platform. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person registered on this platform.

It is entirely the user's responsibility to read and understand these terms. If you object to any term, please refrain from using the services and do not create an account. For more details about the terms, you may visit our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section.

1.1 Scope of Application

These terms apply to all services provided through bdgo's website, mobile application, and other digital platforms. This includes slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, and all other entertainment categories.

1.2 Changes to the Terms

bdgo reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time. A notice will be published on the platform for significant changes. Continuing to use the services after any change will be taken as your agreement to the revised terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on bdgo, the user must meet the following conditions:

• Age must be at least 21 years and proof must be submitted where required.
• All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The account must be registered by and for the personal use of that individual only.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party or for commercial purposes is not permitted.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

After registration, or at any time, bdgo may request a member to submit documents for identity verification. This may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals or other activities may be restricted until verification is complete.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure. Any unauthorised activity on the account must be reported to our support team immediately. Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on bdgo are processed according to specific rules. The applicable limits and methods are described in this section.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (across all methods). Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). All deposited funds must come from the member's own account; deposits through third parties are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. KYC verification must be completed before withdrawing. Funds received from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that active bonus has been met.

3.3 Currency and Transactions

All transactions on bdgo are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currency are not accepted.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bdgo provides various bonuses and promotional offers for members. All such offers are subject to specific conditions, and a bonus may be cancelled if the relevant conditions are not followed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳2,000 bonus gives a total balance of ৳3,000, and the wagering requirement will be ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Being eligible to claim a bonus does not mean it will be credited automatically — the specific claiming process must be followed.
• To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the specified wagering must be completed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• A bonus is usable only on the member's own account and cannot be transferred to others.
• bdgo may change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.
• If a member attempts to collect bonuses through fraudulent means, the account may be permanently closed.

4.3 VIP Program

bdgo's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each level. Cashback is given as a fixed percentage of the week's net losses. Advancement to a VIP level depends on the member's overall activity.

5 Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

bdgo is committed to ensuring a fair and equal environment for all members. The following rules are strictly enforced toward that goal.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdgo:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or manipulation.
• Betting or gaming using software bots, automated tools, or artificial intelligence.
• Coordinating bonus claims across two or more accounts (collusion or arbitrage).
• Exploiting any technical error or bug on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

If evidence of any of the above prohibited activities is found, the account will be immediately suspended or permanently closed, and winnings may be forfeited.

5.2 Technical Issues

If the outcome of a game is uncertain due to a server outage, internet disconnection, or any other technical reason, bdgo may void that round and refund the bet. Abnormal winnings resulting from an error are not valid and will not be paid out.

6 Responsible Gaming Commitment

6.1 Self-Control Tools

bdgo gives members tools to keep their gaming experience in check. These include setting deposit limits, session time limits, and a self-exclusion option. A member may deactivate their account for a set period or permanently if they choose.

6.2 Protection of Minors

No one under the age of 21 may open an account or play on bdgo. Members must responsibly secure their devices and login credentials to prevent minors from gaining access.

7 Privacy of Personal Information

7.1 Limits on Data Use

A member's data is used only for providing services, identity verification, fraud prevention, and meeting legal obligations. Data is not sold to third parties.

8 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

bdgo may suspend or close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Any clause of these terms is violated.
• False or misleading information was provided at registration.
• Evidence of fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity is found.
• Multiple accounts are being operated.
• KYC verification fails or required documents are not submitted.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period.

8.1 Account Closure at the Member's Request

A member who wishes to close their account may contact the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn after meeting the wagering conditions before the account is closed.

9 Limitation of Liability

bdgo aims to provide high-quality service through its platform. However, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Losses caused by the user's internet connection or device issues.
• Disruptions caused by third-party service providers (payment gateways, game software).
• Service interruptions during necessary technical maintenance.
• Losses resulting from the user's negligence or failure to secure their own account.

Under no circumstances will bdgo be liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses.

10 Dispute Resolution and Contact

If a member has a complaint regarding a game result, payment, or any other matter, please contact our customer service team first. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in Bengali and English.

10.1 How to Submit a Complaint

To submit a complaint, you may contact us instantly via live chat or write in detail by email. Include the relevant transaction number, date, and other pertinent information with your complaint. We review every complaint as quickly and fairly as possible.

10.2 Applicable Law

These terms and the relationship between bdgo and the member are governed by applicable law. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt an amicable resolution.

11 Miscellaneous Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These terms, the privacy policy, and any applicable promotional terms together form the entire agreement between bdgo and the member, replacing all previous oral or written understandings.

11.2 Severability

If any clause of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.

11.3 Waiver

If bdgo does not strictly enforce the terms in a particular instance, this will not be considered a waiver of its right to enforce the terms in that or any future situation.

11.4 Language

These terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any interpretive ambiguity, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.
